Artist Statemento - Adam Makarenko >>>> The meaning of my work often embodies the internal. I look inward to the human psyche and emotional states. The pictures on this site are from two series: TRANSITIONS and THE APIARY. Transitions is the representation of the lucid state, halfway between being alseep and awake. The Apiary is about reconstructing a place I have been. I am exploring the inner workings of my mind's imagination, based on my fascination with bees.
